We offer a 4 bedroom home to host up to 6 people for crafting and up to 9 people for girl trips, craft retreats, girlfriend-get-away weekends, book clubs or women's bible study groups. It is a versatile space for your friend group! There are 3 twin beds in one room, 2 twin beds in the 2nd room, a queen in the bonus room suite and a king in the master. Optional trundle and rollaway bed also available for bigger groups. 3.5 bathrooms and a carport for 4 cars to park under in case of bad weather.

Yes, we have free Starlink Wi-Fi available for all guests.

We have 5' and 6' tables, comfortable office chairs, a cutting table & mats, iron & 2 ironing boards, Cricut Maker, paper cutters and plenty of other special items you need for all kinds of crafts.

Check-in is 2:00 pm.

Check-out is 2:00 pm.

A $200-$400 deposit it required at the time of the reservation depending on your length of stay. If a cancellation happens 14 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund.  A cancellation 7 days prior to your check-in date is a 50% refund. Any cancellations the week of your check-in will not be eligible for a refund, as the booking cannot be replaced at that point after being held. We are, however, happy to reschedule your group for another weekend so you do not lose any of your payments!

Remaining payment is due 30 days prior to check-in date. I f booked within 30 days of stay, deposit will be due immediately and then balance will be required 7 days from check-in.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets due to horses, cattle, chickens & donkeys on the property. It is for your pets safety!

We can do it if you do not mind being a little tighter in storage space. If you have a few ladies in your group that do not bring a carload of supplies and projects, then you will be fine. So, for example, if you had 2 women that only knit or crochet or do digital scrapbooking, then space for 7 is doable!

We do not provide meals but there are plenty of great places to eat close by! If you want to stay in and cook or bake, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including condiments, spices and oils. Bottled water is also available for your use.

If during the winter, ice presents itself and makes it unable for you and your guests to travel, we will rebook your stay with no penalties or shift the day out until the roads become better. We are flexible and you will not be penalized for the crazy weather DFW sometimes gets in Jan and Feb!  If a storm approaches while you are staying here, there is a carport close by that can park up to 4 cars + an empty horse barn that can hold another 2 cars.
